The main challenge in these questions are
- To leave the cozyness of bed.
- To motivate yourself to do Exercise.
- To sleep early at night.
The main challenge for completing these points are
- To have a strong reason to get up, Remember we get up early in the morning to study when we have exam at 7:00 A.M. , We get up early in the morning when our Train's time is 4:00 A.M. So simply we need a strong reason to wake up . Some of the reasons are :
1) If I have everything and I am low in health then I can enjoy nothing I have.
2) Health is Wealth.
3) Watch photos of some of the FIT peoples and see what FIT people can do.
4) Disease will say bye bye to us.
Well You know More and More and More benfits of Good Health . But Still We Dont Do Exercise .
Remember No Pain No Gain. You will feel great after you will face that temperory Pain.
3. Sleeping early is the root solution , when you will sleep early you will be amazed to see that your wake up time is by default changed. I will write the Problems that I face in the Next article. My hands are paining. NO PAIN NO GAIN. I am not so good at typing as well as English.
