Simple Yet Interesting Things To-Do Before Sleep #Basic But Productive

It is very important to do perfect things before sleep, because when we wake up its effect is in entire mind and there's direct effect of mind on body. Before saying what I do before sleep, let's know what I do earlier before I don't know what to do before sleep.  

What I do before : 


                           
  •     I eat anything anytime at evening, no perfect time.       
  •  I didn't brush before sleep.            
  •    I didn't read anything.                  

  •    I sleep with with hotch potch confused mind or sometimes irritated mind.                               



What I do now: 


  •                    There is perfect time to eat Between 7:00 - 7:30 PM and also perfect diet.

  •          I brush before sleep. and I made doing it, when I learn 2 minutes rule which says never skip the thing which can be done under two minutes else it will burden your mind. 
  •        I read positive thoughts here 
  •        I do meditation for atleast 5 minutes with peaceful song.



  • The Perfect Time for Sleep is between 9:00 - 11:00 PM 
                           That's Basic Things Which I posted, There's 1000s of more points to know, but applying basic things is most difficult task. After applying these, any points can be easily applied
