
What I do before :
- I eat anything anytime at evening, no perfect time.
- I didn't brush before sleep.
- I didn't read anything.
- I sleep with with hotch potch confused mind or sometimes irritated mind.
What I do now:
- There is perfect time to eat Between 7:00 - 7:30 PM and also perfect diet.
- I brush before sleep. and I made doing it, when I learn 2 minutes rule which says never skip the thing which can be done under two minutes else it will burden your mind.
- I read positive thoughts here
- I do meditation for atleast 5 minutes with peaceful song.
- The Perfect Time for Sleep is between 9:00 - 11:00 PM
That's Basic Things Which I posted, There's 1000s of more points to know, but applying basic things is most difficult task. After applying these, any points can be easily applied
