I didn't do meditation
Didn't went to Brahma Kumaris
Didn't watch AWBK's
This day doesn't lead me toward my Goal.. 
Didn't did exercise
I wake up late at 9:00 AM.


Again I was thinking the same thing what to speak, I don't really what to speak, when someone is speaking randomly and laughing. I better need to learn the art of listening. Listening more better, by listening more better I truely means not fearning before speaking. I am bounded with many things, and that's what make me ... ME.
I ate lot of Junk today and I understood that, Reactions due to temperory things like, we will meet after a long time, makes our mind dull and force us to make decision, which should not be taken by any cost.

Now I want to be peaceful because I am writing blog and I think my Routine needs to be change, because If I do not change my routine than I guess, The Future of Everything will be LIKE THIS:


  • Didn't Do Meditation leads to a Aggresive mind and There's no Possible chance of becoming  a Great personaily in oneself without doing meditation. Meditation is Natures Gift to be Peaceful at any situation. 
  • Waking up Late, I will get hard habit of waking up late and I think I can never be able to change this habit. Because this will get into my nerves and for my entire Life I will face lack of Time. 
  • Don't doing something for my Goal, Leads to not reaching towards my Goal, I will End up my Life without Achieving my Goal. 
  • Didn't do Exercise will lead to some kind of Pain , energy loss and a fatty Body. and I can never achieve my Fitness Goal. 


But If I do it: The way of Life can be something different


  • By Doing Meditation I can become peaceful
  • Waking up Early, can leads to a good Habit and I will get lot of time to do exercise and I can do many other small things
  • Doing something daily for my Goal, Leads to reach one step daily towards my Goal. I will surely achieve my Goal. Yesterday Only I Copied a Poem DoN'T QUiT
  • Doing Exercise will help me a lot or more than a lot.. I will not face much Pain in my Life, I will be Energetic and I will reach Fitness Goal soon... I will be Disesase Free, Since I am not GOing to Get any Mental Disease. :) :) :)
