Mind is responsible for our every suffering because there is no such thing like sadness , fear , anger exist in this earth.
It is great to know that we have got something to fight with our mind and that's what our weapon is - "The INTELLECT"
Intellect is what controls mind. But it only controls mind when there is a target fix in it.
It means intellect should be feeded with correct reasons and thoughts and it will control thoughts according to feeds (knowledge and truth). For Example: If you want to wake up early like 5:00 AM in winter season, mind will give you satisfactory reasons for not to wake up and we will get into its trap because Intellect would not have anything to defend . It is the fact that it is not too pleasurable to wake up too early. You will need to feed some reasons to wake up, like you are getting overweight and you have to exercise to look slim and trim. But those thoughts would be insufficient to break the mind power. You would require more reasons or I can say you would need motivation . For that you can observe people in your circle who wake up early, ask yourself "why they wake up early?". Hearing their answers will give you motivation, your pain for waking up will eventually get lesser. Sooner or later, you will end up creating a good habit .
